ECS will help you maintain your privacy on the Internet; we are dedicated in protecting your privacy.

Privacy Principles

Your privacy is important to ECS and we will maintain it by using the following guidelines:

Guideline 1

ECS will explicitly ask when information is required that personally identifies you or allows ECS to contact you ("Personal Information"). Generally this information is requested when you complete the form located on the ‘Contact ECS’ tab. Where possible ECS will provide you with the means to make sure that your Personal Information is correct and current.

Guideline 2

If a ECS site intends to use Personal Information for a Secondary Use, the ECS site will provide you with instructions on how to decline this service. You may also stop the delivery of informational or promotional mail from ECS sites by following the instructions on the mail.

Guideline 3

ECS may disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on ECS or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of ECS, the site or the users of ECS and (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of ECS, the site or the public.

Guideline 4

If at any time you believe that a ECS has not adhered to these principles, please notify ECS by e-mail at myprivacy@ecs.uk.com and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly determine and correct the problem.
