Q: Are there any up front fees?

A: No ECS do not charge any up front fees. ECS do charge, but this is taken at source and will not effect your earning potential as described on the ‘Carer’ tab at the top of this page.

 

Q: What happens when I want a holiday?

A: ECS will network you with other ECS carers and we will assist you in organising cover while you take a break.

 

Q: What happens if I’m unwell?

A: In the event of sickness ECS will again assist you in organising cover.

 

Q: How can I keep my existing clients?

A: This is very easy and very legal; ECS will discuss this with you when you officially apply to be an ECS carer.

 

Q: What happens if one of my clients package comes to an end ?

A: ECS are constantly in contact with Social Services in your area and there will always be an opportunity for you to take on new packages. This also means  in time you can grow your business and reap the financial gains this will provide.

 

Q: What will happen about training?

A: ECS will be able to assist you in furthering and refreshing your qualifications on an on-going process.

 

Q: If not all my clients want to leave the agency can I be an ECS carer and still work for the agency?

A: Yes, if you would prefer to continue working for your agency at the same time as becoming an ECS carer then you can. ECS understand you may be a bit cautious about initially leaving your agency fully. However, we firmly believe once you have compared the benefits of being an ECS carer to working for your agency the move will be that much easier for you.

 

Q: What happens if I change my mind?

A: Again ECS understands that not everybody is the same and we have accounted for this. Full details will be provided with your application.
