As an ECS Carer you will get paid for your time and not just what you do.

On average most carers get paid between 6 to 9 hours per day which is only approximately 65% of the time taken to deliver this amount of care.

ECS recognises this is probably one of the main reasons why carers leave the industry. However, poor communication by their agency, lack of routine, constant stress put on them by their agency, lack of support, call cramming, being ignored and being treated like a second class citizen come a close second.

ECS Carer's get paid for 100% of their time, have their own preferred clients, and deliver care in an environment no agency will ever be able to compete with.

An ECS carer is effectively their own boss, but without the worry of running a business as ECS will takes care of all this  including replacing clients whose packages end.

It's like being in partnership, but you make all the day to day decisions and ECS just support you.

Ideally although not exclusively you will keep your current preferred clients and will continue to care for them how you always have done, but without the restrictions your current agency puts on you.
